Who is El Ojito Springs Gallery? President and owner, Randy Ford is a playwright with a long history of involvement in arts and non-profits. His vision of a place for all arts to share and grown is El Ojito Springs. He is currently signed with Canyon Records and has completed his latest CD due for release soon. Brian Taraz "The Vegan Sausage Guy" is running the operations at 39 N. 6th Avenue, home of the Open Mic Nights (Music on Wednesdays, Literature on Mondays) and will be lending his expertise to the new snack bar. Sorry, so far, no Vegan Sausage on the menu.
